Wai Wai Sadeko

Wai Wai Sadeko is the instant-noodle snack every Nepali student grows up on — the dry noodle block crushed and tossed with onion, tomato, chili and a squeeze of lemon, never boiled.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Instant noodle pack (with seasoning)
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato, finely chopped
- 1-2 Green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mustard oil
Steps
- Serves 1. Crush the dry noodle block inside its wrapper while it's still sealed, breaking it into small pieces.
- Open the pack and tip the crushed noodles into a bowl with the seasoning packet.
- Add onion, tomato, green chili and coriander.
- Squeeze over the lemon juice, add a few drops of mustard oil, and toss everything together well.
- Let it sit 2-3 minutes so the noodles soften slightly from the vegetables' moisture, then eat straight from the bowl.
